GENERAL INFORMATION
Contemporary Age History began teaching pararlel to the department of History. 2 professors, 2 Assist Prof., 3 research assistants work in the field of Contemporary Age History

Objective
As a part of the History department the programme of Contemporary Age History aims at creating an innovative academic culture. It focuses on to increase the intellectual capaccity of students. It also contributes national and universal culture by the publications of itts memberss.


Admission Requirements
First cycle degree, acceptable score on centralized graduate entrance exam, placement through local oral/written exam and certificate of English proficiency

Graduation Requirements
A student must complete the required course load (21 PAU credits) with a CGPA of at least 3.00/4.00; present a research seminar and successfully prepare and defend a thesis.

Career Opportunties
Graduated students can be teacher, academic staff, worker of archives and museums.
