733 CHILD DEVELOPMENT

GENERAL INFORMATION
Pamukkale University Tavas Vocational High School Child Development Program is a 2 year curriculum for vocational high school, vocational high school for girls, vocational high school for girls, vocational high school and vocational open high school graduates of child development and education graduates and graduates of other high school types / departments . "Pamukkale University Tavas Vocational School Associate Degree Diploma" is awarded to those who have completed the Child Development Program.

Objective
It is to train staff who adopt the importance of child development and education, recognize the developmental characteristics of children aged 0-6, gain knowledge about their habits and needs, and take precautions against the problems that children may encounter. In addition, the program aims to train staff who can recognize children in need of special education and organize a suitable educational environment for these children.


Admission Requirements
Pamukkale University Tavas Vocational School Child Development Program Higher Education Council The students who take the Basic Skills Test (TAT) exam, which is the first rank of the Higher Education Council Examination (YKS), made by the Measurement Selection and Placement Center and who get enough points in the type of TAT scores are taken. The program is also accepted as a student through horizontal transfer. Horizontal transfer conditions are regulated by the regulation / directive every year in university administration.

Graduation Requirements
The quota of the program will be determined by the Higher Education Council and it is obligatory to complete 2.00 academic averages for graduation and to complete an internship covering 30 business days (total 2 semesters school application).

Recognition of Prior Learning
For students who want to transfer from higher education institutions in Turkey to Pamukkale University, the provisions of the "Regulation on the Principles of Transfer between Associate Degree and Undergraduate Degree Programs in Higher Education Institutions, Double Major, Minor and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer" are applied.

Access to Further Studies
