559 CRIMINAL ENFORCEMENT AND SECURITY SERVICES

GENERAL INFORMATION
In 2019, the year in our high school, and the University signed between the General Directorate of prisons of the Ministry of justice, in accordance with the academic year starting in 2022-23 Correctional Institution employees by increasing their knowledge and skills criminal enforcement and security services have opened the program to renew themselves.

Objective
Students in the program, all criminal and penal institutions become acquainted with the general structure of security processes, they will do the work to have general information about service quality and Human Resources Management to effectively fulfill this process, and to learn the process of Public Relations for learning basic knowledge, skills and practices aims to develop.


Admission Requirements
The student who wants to enroll in the department has to complete the processes / exams determined by OSYM within the framework of the academic and legal legislation of the university. A student who has started his/her studies in an equivalent program at home or abroad can apply for horizontal transfer. The admission of students is examined and evaluated specially before the start of the semester, taking into account the conditions of each student and the degree to which he applied.

Graduation Requirements
Students studying in this program must have a GPA of at least 2.00 out of 4.00 in order to graduate. The minimum ECTS required for graduation is 120. At the same time, students are required to complete their compulsory internship within the specified time and specifications.

Career Opportunties
Penitentiary Officer offers the opportunity to work in probation branches and to work as private security.

Recognition of Prior Learning
For students who want to transfer from higher education institutions in Turkey to Pamukkale University, the provisions of the "Regulation on the Principles of Transfer between Associate Degree and Undergraduate Degree Programs in Higher Education Institutions, Double Major, Minor and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer" are applied. The common compulsory foreign language courses exemption exam is held at the beginning of the fall semester on the date specified in the academic calendar. No make-up exam is allowed for this exam. Students of faculties/vocational schools/schools who do not have a preparatory program take the joint compulsory foreign language exemption exam. Students who will take the exemption exam apply to the relevant unit within the period specified in the academic calendar. Also; Students who enroll in departments with foreign language preparatory programs for the first time take a placement and proficiency exam before the academic year starts. Students are placed in one of the beginner, intermediate-lower level or intermediate level groups according to the scores they get in this exam, or those who have proficiency points are exempted from preparatory education. The score ranges of these groups are determined by the School Directorate. Exam results are announced in relevant places and on the website of the School of Foreign Languages. Among the students who are enrolled in the departments/programs accepted to the compulsory preparatory education, those who do not take the level determination and proficiency exam start their education at the beginning level.

Access to Further Studies
Without examination the graduates of Anadolu University Open Education Faculty have the right to migrate 3.sınıfına. In addition, DGS, if they are successful in the graduate program of formal education there are opportunities to continue.

TEACHING & LEARNING METHODS
