Course Objective
To explain the details of Turkish Family and Child Law; to teach the legal rights and responsibilities of family members, the principle of the best interests of the child and the ways of protection against child abuse.
Course Content
The concept of family, engagement, marriage, general obligations of marriage, establishment and principles of family courts, case files seen in family courts (divorce, custody, personal relationship, possibility of peace, adoption), risky situations encountered in family courts informing, basic issues in child law, child rights, child abuse and neglect, adoption.
