Course Objective	The aim of this course is to teach students the concepts of evidence-based practice and evidence-based nursing related to surgical nursing, to reflect this knowledge to clinical practices, and to contribute to evidence-based practice knowledge by planning scientific studies that will produce solutions for the problems they identify in the field.
Course Content	The content of this course, evidence-based nursing in surgical nursing and its history, benefits, types, and levels of evidence, barriers, and facilitators, Answerable clinical questions, Randomized controlled studies, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses, examination of selected guidelines, examination of clinical questions prepared according to PICO criteria related topics are included.
