Course Objective The existence of many religions is an undeniable fact. In addition to basic religions such as Islam, Christianity, and Judaism, there are many large and small religious beliefs. These many religions have always been in contact with each other, embracing different beliefs about truth and salvation. This subject, which is known as religious diversity, has been dealt with in the axis of the problem of which religion contains the truth and will lead people to salvation.
Course Content While many different attitudes such as inclusion, exclusion and pluralism are encountered in religious diversity, this course will focus on the approach called religious pluralism, which has made a name for itself with the ideas of John Hick in the modern period.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Learns the problem of religious diversity, which is an undeniable fact, and the solutions offered on this issue.
2Gains information about various understandings such as exclusion, inclusiveness and pluralism, which are among the main views on religious diversity, and the prominent representatives of these attitudes.
3By recognizing the differences between these attitudes about religious diversity, one can draw inferences about these views.
4Obtains information and analyzes the concept advocated by John Hick in the modern era, which is called religious pluralism.
