Course Objective The aim of this course is to learn the concepts, theories and techniques of the positive psychology approach and to discuss how to apply these techniques in psychological counseling.
Course Content Scope and content of the course: Development of positive psychology; basic principles of positive psychology; psychological resilience; happiness; quality of life, life satisfaction and subjective well-being; streaming experience; evaluation of the individual in positive psychology; positive psychology and psychological counseling.
