Course Objective The relationship between mental health and religion has been a topic that has been studied and discussed in different cultural environments. Understanding the nature of this relationship still attracts the attention of different disciplines (such as psychology, psychology of religion, psychiatry). The aim of this course is to understand and explain the relationship between mental health and religion. In addition, within the framework of the views and scientific research results on the concepts of mental health, religion and religiosity, which is the way of living of religion, it is to inform the student about how the relationship between mental health and religion is realized and to develop the ability to approach the phenomenon of religion from a different perspective. In this way, it is expected that the students' attitudes and solutions to mental health problems that they will encounter in the society will be healthier and more realistic.
