Course Objective In particular, it is to examine the socio-cultural and political effects of the new Western-based religious movements that emerged after the 1950s and have clearly manifested their existence from the 1970s to the present. It is to gain the ability to recognize new religious movements with their reasons and features, to analyze their effects and functions, and to evaluate similar formations based on this.
