The aim of this course is to introduce the separation techniques used in biology and their application in biological experiments.
Course Content
In the course, the definition of the separation techniques such as extraction, chromatography, etc. will be given and it will be illustrated theoretically how these techniques can be applied in biology. Besides, what types of purification techniques can be applied following separation.
