Course Objective To provide students with information about back and neck school, which is an applied training method developed to protect or improve back and neck health, and to increase educational skills with practical applications.
Course Content To provide students with information about the anatomy and biomechanics of the columna vertebralis. To provide students with information about postural problems in the spine and spine awareness training. To inform students about the application of back and neck school and to increase their professional skill levels with practical applications. To enable students to increase their knowledge about the effectiveness of back and neck school education by researching scientific studies related to back and neck school from the literature.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
