Course Objective It is aimed to follow the exercises given in order to protect the physical performance of the pregnant woman during pregnancy, to ensure a painless and healthy birth during delivery, and to ensure that the mother returns to normal in a short time after birth with case studies and relevant current literature.
Course Content Prenatal exercises, relaxation and breathing exercises during childbirth, postpartum recovery exercises.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Plans and applies prenatal exercises according to the performance of the pregnant woman and the month of pregnancy.
2Know the complications that may occur during exercises and take the necessary precautions.
3Teaches breathing and relaxation exercises that will be required during labor.
4Prepares and applies a postnatal exercise program after birth according to the type of delivery.
