The aim of this lesson is to teach development characteristics of children and adolescent ages ,accordingly preparation of training program ,children and adeloscent specific tests and the issues which should be considered in training.
Course Content
issues to be considered during development periods of children , criterias of skill determination and the stages of skill selection , different approaches used in children's training , child and application and interpretation of physical tests of children and adeloscents, intensity parameters of children training , loading principles of child training.
