Course Objective
o teach the importance of management psychology in sports organizations in line with the basic knowledge of management psychology and to analyze and understand the reasons for the behavior of employees.
Course Content
Students who are taking this course will learn the basic concepts required for performance, what psychology means for the organization and the management, and the relationship between performance and psychology. In addition, this course provides the basic information necessary for students to analyze personality and personal differences by understanding how the attitudes, beliefs and personality types in the organizational culture affect performance, they will be able to establish a relationship between the basic psychological levels of the employees and their performance. Students will be able to interpret the results of recent scientific studies and associate them with today's sports management practices within the scope of the course.
