Course Objective To explain the importance and value of communication and body language for sports managers. To teach the applications and analysis of communication and body language in sports management.
Course Content Students who are taking this course will learn the basic features of communication, the importance of communication and the effect of communication on performance. Students will be able to understand the importance of communication and body language in the field of sports management and apply what they have learned in their business life. Be able to comprehend how important communication skills are in motivating employees and increasing work efficiency as a manager. They will be able to increase both their own performance and employee performance by combining their knowledge of communication and body language with other subjects in the field of management.
