Course Objective Students taking this course firstly learn the principles of corporate governance and the elements of institutionalization from both managerial and sociological perspectives. In addition to the elements of institutionalization that stand out in the general business world, he/she gains knowledge about the elements that should be in the sports sector and gains expertise in how these elements can be planned and managed.
