Course Objective The aim of this course is to learn leadership behaviors in sports, to be able to observe and analyze leadership behaviors and to exhibit effective leadership behaviors in terms of sports and sports management.
Course Content Behavioral theories in leadership, leadership behaviors in sports, autocratic leadership, democratic leadership, liberal leadership, guiding leadership, supportive leadership, participatory leadership, and success-oriented leadership behaviors, etc.
