Course Objective The aim of this course is to help students to attend to the sports industry as an integrated supply chain and to help them learn about outsourcing, strategic alliances, strategic management techniques in all parts of the supply chain and understand how to manage these processes. Within the scope of the course, information will be provided on supply chain management, supply chain processes, supply chain management in the sports sector. In addition to the theoretical knowledge of the students, case studies will also be performed to improve their exploration and administration skills.
