Course Objective To teach the history, theories and applications of motivation, analyzes and methods necessary to understand employee motivation.
Course Content Students who take this course will learn the basic concepts of motivation and motivation theories and understand the importance of motivation in sports management. With the information they have learned, they will be able to analyze the factors that make up the motivation of employees in sports organizations and develop applications for the formation of motivation of employees. In addition, they will be able to understand and analyze the motivation factors necessary for the increase of employee performance in sports organizations.
