Course Objective
The purpose of this course is to introduce the students, especially basic concepts of official notice. In this course we aim that how man can make a notice which is important to unsure the right to a fair trial and public hearing.

Basic information about Notice Law, Authorities who can send a notice, Authorities who can make a notice, Persons who to be made notification, Places to be noticed, Durations to be obeyed in notice, Notice documents, Expenses of notice, Notice procedures, Notice to abroad (to Turkish citizens and foreigns), Notice to foreigns, illegal notices, Examples from the implementation, notice crimes
