Course Objective To teach the determination of materials structure by x-ray diffraction techniques.
Course Content X-Ray features: continuous spectrum, characteristic spectra, absorption and filters. Xışınlarının acquisition. Crystal geometry: External and internal elements of symmetry, space groups. Diffraction. Brag law. X-rays of a electrons, atoms, and structure of a unit cell scattering factor. Reverse mesh. Diffraction methods: Diffractometer. Application of X-ray diffraction methods, X-ray diffraction method and semi-quantitative determination of mixtures
