Course Objective To know the diseases, injuries, trauma injuries and treatment methods within the scope of orthopedics and traumatology. To know rehabilitation methods in orthopedics and traumatology, to be able to apply early and late rehabilitation.
Course Content Principles of early and late rehabilitation, surgical or conservative treatment approaches to orthopedic problems, with practical and theoretical examples.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Know orthopedic diseases and traumatological problems and symptoms
2Evaluates patients with orthopedic and traumatological problems in terms of physical therapy and rehabilitation, draws the treatment program in accordance with patient rights and ethical rules.
3Knows and applies early postoperative rehabilitation methods in orthopedics and traumatology.
4Knows and applies rehabilitation methods in the late period after surgery in orthopedics and traumatology.
5It improves the functional capacity of patients to return to their daily life activities and work after illness or injury.
