Course Objective To teach basic evaluation in physiotherapy and collecting patient information and file recording systems.
Course Content Documentation, documentation of the patient, purposes and benefits of documentation usage, documentation recording system (subjective data, objective data, analysis, plan), why documentation is required, general principles of discharge note, contents of discharge note, job application, interview, attention of the interviewer required matters, candidate documentation, physiotherapy service risk control.
