COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective The objective of this course is to introduce the concepts related to simulation which is one of the most important analysis and solution tools used by IEs. Students attending this course will be able to develop discrete event simulation models and evaluate the results of these models.
Course Content Definition of system simulation. Fundemental concepts of simulation. Steps of a simulation study. Statistic and probabilty concepts in simulation. Establishing simulation models for discrete systems. Programming simulation models for discrete systems. Programming simulation models. Validity validation analysis. Output analisis.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
