COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective The objectives of this course are to introduce the concept of process, which is an important structure for organizations, through workflow diagrams in the sense of business knowledge with a systems engineering perspective, to establish the connection of supporting areas such as performance management, risk management, documentation with processes, to monitor the performance of the organization through the hierarchy of processes and to create a culture of continuous improvement culture based on data and process logic.
Course Content Based on the definitions of product / service classification, definitions of customer classification, definitions of customer access channels, which are the main parts of Process Management, modeling of processes within the scope of process definition, how to make AS-IS definitions, the methods to be used during the design of TO-BE designs based on these definitions will be systematically supported by simulation techniques based on data, and the components of the continuous process improvement system will be explained in the course.
