Course Objective The objective of this course is to improve the location allocation and layout planning skills of the students and enable them to understand and use the related concepts and tools.
Course Content Location selection models and techniques, layout planning models and techniques, types of layouts, systematic layout planning, line balancing in product layouts, computer aided layout methods, layout project applications.
