Course Objective	The aim of this course is describing the management system standards requirements, certification process and integration methods of the quality system with the health and safety, environmental and the other management systems.
Course Content	Defining Quality And Related Concepts, Approaches To Achieving, Sustaining And Improving Quality, Systems Approach, Process Approach, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 140001 Certification, Establishing A Quality Management System, Documenting A Quality Management System, Requirements On Management Responsibility, Requirements On Resource Management, Requirements On Product Realization, Requirements On Measurement, Analysis And Improvement, Health And Safety Management System, Environmental Management System.
