Course Objective to give information on labour psychology and related concepts in working environment.
Course Content Concepts of Labour and Job, Their Importance and Meaning for Individual and Society, History of Labour Pyschology, Research Methods in Labour Psychology, Criteria: Standards for Decision Making, Predictors: Psychological Assessments, Personnel Decisions, Training and Development, Performance Appraisal, Selection of Employee, Education of Employee,Organizations and Work Teams, Organizational Behavior, Stress and Well-being at Work, Industial Relations Psychology; Participation to Union. Work Motivation, Leadership, The Changing Nature of Work, Job Design and Organizational Development, Union/Management Relations, Individual Impulse and Attitudes; Communication Process of Collective Bargaining and The Role of Individual Skills in Interaction and Features of Personality .

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Students define basic concepts of industrial and organizational psychology.
2Students explain the meaning of work for an individual.

5Students explain the individual development, moral cognitive development and becoming more effective person from the point of functions, outcomes and importance.
6Students identify more humanitarian approaches for the problems of work life.
