Course Objective An effective, productive and economical production requires the development of a good Production Planning and Control system. Planning departments is one of the main working areas of industrial engineers thus this course offers up to date planning technics for the students.
Course Content Production concepts and systems, production planning concepts and hierarchy, stock control systems, quantitative demand forecasting techniques, aggregate production planning, master production schedule, material requirement planning, capacity planning, assembly line balancing, machine loading, job sequencing, production activity control.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
