Course Objective To learn the definition of processes in enterprises, creation and management of their flows. To be able to use the techniques of improving and monitoring the created processes. To enable the students who complete the course to master the process management techniques to be used in businesses.
Course Content Conceptual knowledge about process management, Steps of process management, Creation of process flow charts, process maps, process improvement tools and Applied process creation studies.
