Course Objective
This course purposes that Students gain work experience in institutions, organizations and companies associated to their field of study. Within the scope of the course, students are expected to acquire the ability to apply their theoretical knowledge in the practical field.
Course Content
During the internship to be held within the scope of this course, students will work at least 22 working days in various institutions, organizations and companies related to the field of Sociology. Students who take part in the jobs that will be assigned to the students by the institution/organization/company, will record the activities they performed in the workplace during their internship on the internship diary. At the end of the Internship, the students will give to the department the Internship Evaluation Files prepared by the Workplace and the Internship Diary and Internship Report to be prepared by them. Considering these files, the students who will be subjected to an interview by the Department Internship Committee will be deemed to have passed the course if they are successful in the interview.
