Course Objective	The aim of this course is defining and introducing of Handcrafts of Islamic art.
Course Content	Illumination, marbleization, calligraphy, wooden and metallic objects, which are Turk-Islamic handcrafts, and technical and stylistic features of them will be explained.
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite	No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	Will be able to recognize handcrafts produced in Anatolia in 12th-15th centuries.
2	Will be able to identify architectural elements from Anatolia dated 12th-15th centuries.
3	Will be able to discuss about techniques in art and their improvement and alteration.
4	Will be able to sight changes of style and iconography in art according to chronology and regional differences.
5	Will be able to associate iconographical editing with Medieval thought.
6	Will be able to recognize relation between form, style and iconographic editing in art, and enviromental cultures.
