Course Objective Provide basic information about biotechnology and recombinant DNA technology to explain the theory and practice
Course Content The basic principles of biotechnology, biotechnology important microorganisms, preparation of plant and animal cell cultures, microbial biomass and primary metabolites.

1defines the basic principles of biotechnology, biotechnologic processes and the modern recombinant DNA technology.

6clarifyes the microbial growth and bioproduct kinetics.
7applies the production of microbial biomass and primer metabolites
