COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective The aim of this lesson is to introduce the pharmacy services program and to develop the student's competencies and fields of study knowledge related to pharmacy and pharmacy technician.
Course Content Definition of pharmacy technician, duties and responsibilities, pharmacy definition and parts, pharmacy staff, nomenclature of drugs, pharmaceutical forms technology, storage conditions of medicines, colorful prescription, (self-) employed at community pharmacies, ınstitution pharmacy, devices and tools used in pharmacy, codex and pharmacopeia, pharmacy services principles and ethical rules, pharmacy automation programs.
