Course Objective To teach the definition of feed, classification and properties of feed. To teach the digestion of nutrients in feeds according to animal species and to teach the differences in digestion according to animal species. Teaching the feed evaluation systems and their importance in animal nutrition.
Course Content Introduction to feed information, definition of feed, classification of feeds, nutrients and digestion of feed according to animal species. Preparation of ration contents of feeds used in animal feeding.
