This Course Focuses On Understanding Histological Characteristics And Functions Of Tissue Types That Are Organized To Form Organ Systems.
Course Content
Epithelial tissues. Connective Tissue: Extracellular matrix, connective tissue cells, types of connective tissues; specialized connective tissues (adipose, blood, cartilage, bone). Muscle tissue: Striated muscle, cardiac muscle, smooth muscle. Neural Tissue: The neuron, central and peripheral nervous systems, neuroglia, ganglia, nerve fibers. .
