Course Content General definitions and basic concepts of pharmacology, drug administration routes and pharmaceutical forms, general information related to drug pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, drug toxicity, general approaches for the treatment of acute poisoning, the pharmacology of the autonomic nervous system, cardiovascular system pharmacology, drug abuse, local and general anesthetics, other central nervous system drugs, neuromuscular blocking drugs.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1It defines the basic concepts of pharmacology and explains the relationship between the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of drugs.
2Knows the basic pharmacological properties of basic drugs that affect systems.
3Explains the indications and contraindications for use of various groups of drugs.
4Takes precautions for safe and effective drug use by being informed about drug interactions and side effects
