Course Objective The main aim of the course is to essential concepts of mental health, behavior, attitude, personality, personality disorders, cross-cultural perspectives of mental health, death, chronic illness and his family, organ donation psycho-social ınterventions, mental disorders of patient with chronic renal failure, home care of patient with chronic renal failure.
Course Content Basic Concepts Related to Mental Health, Body Image, the Hope-Adaptation, Self-Recognition, Behavior, Attitudes, Personality Development and Personality Disorders, Chronic Illness and Family. Thoughts Concerning Lost and death in hemodialysis patients, Crisis and Crisis Intervention. Organ Donation and Pisikososyal Perspectives, Dialysis Patients Görülen Mental Problems, Psychosomatic Illness, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Suicidal Ventures, Sexual Problems, hemodialysis patients of the Social Life Edit Related Public Policies, Home Care, social issues, these issues working in organizations.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Defines the factors affecting mental health and people with mental health.
2Knows mental illnesses and mental problems seen in Dialysis patients.
3Knows and applies the psycho-social approach to the patient and his/her family receiving renal replacement therapy.
4Understands the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patient and his family in the terminal period.
