Course Objective To teach the basic principles of Biophysics laboratory and the methods of their investigations.
Course Content Introduction to biophysics, basic concepts of molecular biophysics, bioenergetics, biophysical events in the cell, bioelectric measurement and observation tools, laboratory biophysics, microscopes, centrifuge, chromatography, electrophoresis, protein synthesis, autoanalyzers.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
