Course Objective Gains knowledge about molecular biological methods used in the laboratory and develops basic skills for these methods.
Course Content Structure of DNA-RNA, isolation and analysis of DNA-RNA, PCR analysis, agarose gel electrophoresis, Southern blot analysis, Northern blot analysis, Western blot analysis, enzyme treatments of DNA, restriction enzymes, RFLP analysis, DNA cloning, DNA sequencing
