Course Objective To teach student medical document in healt organization and medical archive and filing system. Inform to student about healt organization process.
Course Content The historical and international progress of the medical documents. Basic concepts of documentation and information, general knowledge about medical documents. Patient files and law duty. The importance of filing, the management of archiving services. Filing systems. Characteristics of an effective filing system, the equipment used in archiving. Hasta dosyası formlarının kullanımı. Forensic report kind in health organization.
