Course Content	Concept of Quality, Standard and Standardization, Importance of Standard in Production and Service Sector, Management Quality and Standards, Environmental Standards, Quality Management System Models, Strategic Management, Participation in Management, Process Management System, Resource Management System, EFQM Excellence Model, Quality Control in Production, Inspection And Sampling, Total Quality Control, Control Charts, Statistical Distributions.
