Course Content Transition from Personal Management to Human Resources, Principles of Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management: The Challenges, Managing the Structure and Flow of Work, The Legal Environment, Managing Diversity, Recruiting, Selecting, and Socializing, Managing Employee Separations, Appraising and Managing Performance, Training, Managing Compensation, Rewarding Performance, International HR, Principles of Turkish Public Personel Regime .
