Course Objective Objectives of this course are; learn structure and running of asynchronous machines, apposite EMF in stator, find slip and equivalent circuits components of asynchronous machines, analyze power, efficiency and torque, drive methods of asynchronous machines, structure, types, working principals of synchronous machines, EMF in stator and harmonics, experimental analysis of equivalent circuits, learn regulation methods, analyze of parallel operation of alternators, , active and reactive load share, analysis of excitation current effects in no load and full load synchronous motors.
