Course Objective	To acquire competencies related to establishment of business and development of business.
Course Content	To follow microeconomic data; Analyze macroeconomic indicators; To identify gaps in the market; Evaluating investment alternatives and choosing the most appropriate ones; Conducting feasibility studies; Recognize the environment of the operator; Demand analysis and forecasting; Determining the location of the enterprise; Determining the legal structure of the business; Determining the capacity of the workplace; To determine the total investment cost to ensure financing; To make the estimated income-expenditure account; Making work place and production plan; Carrying out the installation of the investment; To create a suitable job and to open a business.
