COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective With this course, the student will be able to define standard times in production, develop production methods and distribute jobs and assign tasks accordingly.
Course Content The basic processes of furniture production, time measurement, diagrams showing movements, work sampling, time study, time standards, work and machine capacities, processing costs on machines, optimal loading, quality specifications, work orders, general flow diagrams.
