COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective Enterprises, working conditions, ergonomics, handling, motivation-, work-study techniques, study methods, wage systems, job evaluation to provide basic understanding of the characteristics. Time study of basic concepts related to business in textiles and textile business, and the study of disclosure of the application and interpretation of data obtained from the explanation of methods.
Course Content - Work and Time Study of the basic concepts and definitions, 2 - The History, the founders. 3 - Data detection, measurement, and the time when the findings of the standard. 4 - the basic concepts of business organization (organization, business management, ordering, when the plan), 5 - Businesses operating conditions, 6 - ergonomics, handling, motivation-, 7 - Techniques of work study, method study, 8 - wage systems, job evaluation and training.
