Course Objective Paper and electronic medical Documentation can render and manage them, the judge in establishing and managing the archive has developed itself in educating medical technician
Course Content The documentation of medical history, international developments, the importance of medical documents and medical secretary, identification, provision, tasks, doctors, nurses, patients and their relatives, ownership, organization, papers defining the use of colors and symbols, storage of medical documents, medical archives and the central medical archive the importance of the central archives committee, budget, departments, staff, supplies, extraction and analysis of statistics necessary for the evaluation of inpatient care institutions, basic concepts related to the use of ICD.
