Course Objective	With this course, students, public and private sector will gain competencies for the structure and relationships.
Course Content	MINISTRY Recognize and investigate the relationships specified in the Constitution of the basic organs, State-owned enterprises, the central government and provincial administration and its relationships to examine recognition, autonomous, independent institutions, and partly to recognize and investigate the relationships of public administration, political parties, trade unions, representation, foundations, associations, service agencies recognize and investigate the relationships.
