Course Objective The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge and experience about the methods and equipment commonly used in molecular biological studies.
Course Content Laboratory use in molecular biological studies, DNA, RNA and protein isolation and analysis techniques from different biological structures, practical realization of fragmentation and separation methods used in molecular biology.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Basic laboratory equipment can be used in molecular biology laboratories.
2Describe and apply molecular methods used in detailed analysis of nucleic acids.
3Learn and apply the methods used in the detailed analysis of proteins buy molecular methods.
4To be able to isolate and separate DNA, RNA and protein from different biological samples.
5Learn how to analyze and calculate the results obtained.
